18 years as an interactive media VC, games entrepreneur and former M&A banker/PE specialist.
I have seen companies from seed to scale, raised tens of millions of dollars, executed multi-billion dollar deals, built a games company, managed diverse multi-disciplinary teams, closed down a business, advised entrepreneurs on product scale and PMF, helped companies fundraise, negotiated multiple strategic partnerships & worked alongside founders to navigate complex special situations from restructurings to exits.
I have been a jury member at the 2017 BAFTA Games Awards, advocated for innovation in games/ inclusive entertainment & passionately supported the cause for more women in tech and venture capital.

• Founder and Managing Partner, Lumikai Fund, India’s pioneering interactive media, digital platforms and games VC fund.
• Principal at London Venture Partners (LVP), a seed stage fund focused on the interactive media ecosystem with track record of investing in 50+ companies achieving $20Bn+ in shareholder value. Led LVP Fund III raise ahead of a successful first close from global strategics, financial institutions and family offices.
• Co-founded TrulySocial, a UK based venture backed social gaming company with a vision to reinvent gaming experiences for female audiences by building social worlds using narrative-based interactive content & leveraging global celebrities, influencers and brands.
• Worked in global bulge bracket banks and financial institutions like Barclays, Morgan Stanley and KPMG. Executed ~$10Bn+ of M&A transactions across sectors.
